Whites Copperworks was established in 1975 on beautiful Chincoteague Island, Virginia, which is the gateway to Assateague Island and home to the famous Chincoteague Wild Ponies.

All of the copper art made by Donald & Joan are signed and dated, and we feature many pieces from other talented artists from the United States and from abroad.

Many of our pieces have been exhibited by invitation at the following and other places: Smithsonian Institution, National Trust-Baltimore Museum of Art, Chadds Ford Historical Society, the Waterford Foundation.
